At the election of Show at its sole discretion, Sweepstakes may not be promoted and/or played every weekday, or may be suspended for a number of days or weeks, during the Sweepstakes Period due to production exigencies and/or other promotions (e.g. to conduct other home viewer promotions). All required entry information must be completed in order for Mail or Internet Entries (collectively "Entries") to be eligible. Multiple Internet Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entries will not be deemed by Administrator (defined below) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

  2. Eligibility: Open only to persons 18 years of age or older (if entrant is under the age of majority in his/her state, he/she must obtain parent/legal guardian's permission prior to entry) as of May 2, 2005, who are legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions), Washington D.C. or residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and legally reside therein and possess a valid identification for travel. Employees and agents of Buena Vista Television, NCL Corporation (Norwegian Cruise Lines) (collectively "Sponsors"), WABC-TV, ABC, Inc., LIVE With Regis and Kelly ("Show"), Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company, participating stations, stations airing Show, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and those involved in the production, development and handling of Sweepstakes, their respective agents, officers, prize suppliers, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes and cannot win prizes.

  3. Drawing and Notification: Starting on or about Thursday, May 12, 2005 (and on or about each Friday thereafter through June 3, 2005) an appropriate number of Entries, plus alternates, will be randomly selected in a drawing by the Administrator or a representative of the Show, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects, from all eligible Entries (as described herein). The final drawing will take place June 3, 2005. Each weekday that the Sweepstakes is played beginning on May 16, 2005, through the last "live" or "taped" broadcast of LIVE With Regis and Kelly airing on June 10, 2005 ("Question Dates"), a representative of the Show will call one (1) randomly selected entrant ("Selected Entrant") prior to the taping of Show (during Sweepstakes Hours). The representative of the Show, at Show's discretion, may call up to two (2) standby entrants ("Standby Entrants"), who may be allowed to participate on-air if the first Selected Entrant (or a subsequent Standby Entrant who participates on-air as a Selected Entrant) fails to answer that day's question about a previous Show's broadcast correctly ("Question"). If the Standby Entrant(s) is/are not spoken to on-air, such Standby Entrant(s) will not receive any prize and may be placed in the Second Chance Drawing/Competition (defined below). Selected Entrant will be called at the telephone numbers furnished by Selected Entrant on his/her entry and notified that he/she is the Selected Entrant (or a Standby Entrant, as the case may be). If Standby Entrants are given the opportunity to answer the Question on-air, he/she will then be deemed (and referred to as) a Selected Entrant. For the call, Show's representative will spin a prize wheel to determine the "Wheel Prize(s)" (defined below) that will be won by Selected Entrant, in addition to the "Trip Prize," (defined below) if he/she correctly answers that day's Question. Spin of wheel may take place before or after Selected Entrant answers the Question. The Wheel Prize wedges will consist of one (1) additional trip amenity (amenities listed on the wheel will be determined day-by-day by the Sponsors/Show in their sole discretion). Wedges may be changed and or added on any given Question Date at Sponsors'/Show's sole discretion. If the original call to a potential Selected Entrant results in five (5) unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the Show's representative will call again one (1) additional time. If the second call again results in five (5) unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the entry of that potential Selected Entrant will be returned to the entry pool and Show will attempt to contact a new potential Selected Entrant. If the call is answered before five (5) rings and potential Selected Entrant comes to the telephone within approximately twenty (20) seconds (and if potential Selected Entrant is available to attempt, during Show's broadcast (or taping) to answer that day's Question), then that entrant is a Selected Entrant and will be given the opportunity to answer that day's Question. Selected Entrant will be given twenty (20) seconds from the time the Question is asked to respond with an answer. Selected Entrant will be given only one (1) attempt to answer the Question. If a call is placed to a potential Selected Entrant and, after the call is answered, the call is disconnected or technical difficulties are experienced during the call, the Show will make one (1) attempt to call potential Selected Entrant back. If the Show is unable to reach potential Selected Entrant by telephone, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate Standby Entrant (in order of selection) will become the Selected Entrant. If Selected Entrant correctly answers the Question in the allotted time, he or she will be awarded the Trip Prize and a Wheel Prize. Selected Entrant's opportunity to answer Question may be broadcast during Show, at Show's sole discretion. In the event that a Question becomes compromised and/or unusable at any time while on-air (such decision to be made in the Show's sole discretion), Show reserves the right to replace the Question with a new Question. Immediately after Selected Entrant answers his/her Question on the telephone, he/she will be notified of his/her potential winner status, subject to subsequent written verification. If first Selected Entrant does not correctly answer the Question, at Show's discretion up to two (2) Standby Entrants will become Selected Entrants and will be given the opportunity to participate on-air and receive a chance to correctly answer the day's Question to win a Trip Prize and the Wheel Prize determined by the first spin done and announced on that day's Show. The Show will speak on-air with a maximum of three (3) Selected Entrants on any one Question Date. If on one of the Question Dates when Selected Entrants are asked a Question on-air no Selected Entrant correctly answers that day's Question, then a secondary wheel ("Secondary Wheel") will be spun. The wedges on the Secondary Wheel will be either numbered either 1 and 2, or 1 through 3 and/or have names of the Selected Entrant's (depending on the number of Selected Entrants who failed on-air to correctly answer that day's Question), with the numbers representing the order in which the Selected Entrants were spoken to on-air during the Show. The Selected Entrant corresponding to the name (or number if no name appears) the Secondary Wheel lands on will receive a Trip Prize and the Wheel Prize determined by the first spin done and announced on that day's Show. The remaining one (1) or two (2) Selected Entrants whose numbers are not chosen by the spin of the Secondary Wheel will not win any prize of any kind, but will be placed in a "Second Chance Drawing/Competition" where they will be given a chance to win a "Second Chance Prize" (described below). Sponsors reserve the right to determine whether the Second Chance will either be a drawing or competition. Final determination will be announced prior to the Second Chance Drawing/Competition. If, on a given Question Date when a Selected Entrant correctly answers a Question, there is/are either one (1) or two (2) Selected Entrants who answered a Question on-air incorrectly, he/she/they will be placed in the Second Chance Drawing/Competition. Second Chance Drawing/Competition: On or about June 10, 2005 a Second Chance Drawing/Competition will be held on-air to award certain remaining available cruise prizes, as outlined herein below. On June 10, 2005 Sponsors will ascertain (as of that date) the number of individual trips that were offered to Trip Prize winners who won their Trip Prizes on or before June 7, 2005 but which trips were declined/forfeited by such winners. Sponsor will also ascertain (as of June 10, 2005) the number of individual trips that were declined/forfeited by designated potential travel Guests of such June 7-and-prior Trip Winners. The total number of such forfeited/declined individual trips will be divided by four to arrive at the number of Second Chance Prizes that will be offered. All Selected Entrants from all Question Dates who answered a Question incorrectly on-air and who did not win a Trip Prize in the spin of the Secondary Wheel (if any such spin was made pursuant to these Rules) will be automatically entered into the Second Chance Drawing/Competition ("Second Chance Entrants.") Based on the facts surrounding the Second Chance Drawing/Competition, additional Second Chance Entrants, if any, will be determined under the process described in either A. or B.: A. In the event that there are fewer than 20 Second Chance Prizes to be offered in the Second Chance Drawing/Competition, an appropriate number of entrants will be selected from the general entry pool in a random drawing held on or about June 10, 2005 to create a total number of Second Chance Entrants that equals twice the number of Second Chance Prizes to be offered. However, if the number of Selected Entrants already automatically included as Second Chance Entrants matches or exceeds twice the number of Second Chance Prizes to be offered, no entrants will be selected from the general entry pool. B. In the event that there are 20 or more Second Chance Prizes to be offered in the Second Chance Drawing/Competition, before any entrants from the general entry pool may be added, first all Standby Entrants from all Question Dates who were not asked a Question on-air will automatically be placed in the Second Chance Drawing/Competition along with the Selected Entrants who were already included. If, after including such Standby Entrants the number of Second Chance Entrants is not at least equal to twice the number of Second Chance Prizes to be offered, then an appropriate number of entrants will be selected from the general entry pool in a random drawing held on or about June 10, 2005 to create a total number of Second Chance Entrants that equals twice the number of Second Chance Prizes to be offered. (Example: If there are 100 individual trips to be awarded (i.e. 25 Second Chance Prizes) and if there are 5 Selected Entrants who incorrectly answered an on-air Question and if there are 35 Standby Entrants who were never asked a Question, the total number of Second Chance Entrants would be 50 (consisting of the 5 Selected Entrants, the 35 Standby Entrants and 10 entrants drawn form the general entry pool.)

  4. Prizes/Odds of Winning:
