Limit one (1) Internet Entry per person per day. Internet Entries must be received by 3:00 PM. (Eastern Time) on February 15, 2006.
At the election of Show at its sole discretion, Sweepstakes may not be promoted and/or played every weekday, or may be suspended for a number of days or weeks, during the Sweepstakes Period due to production exigencies and/or other promotions (e.g. to conduct other home viewer promotions). It is currently anticipated that the Sweepstakes will be played on-air for a maximum of twenty-four (24) Question Dates (defined below). All required entry information must be completed in order for Mail or Internet Entries (collectively "Entries") to be eligible. Multiple Internet Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entries will not be deemed by Administrator (defined below) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.
Eligibility: Open only to persons 18 years of age as of January 16, 2006, or age of legal majority in state of residence if older, who are legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) or residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and legally reside therein. Employees and agents of Buena Vista Television ("Sponsor"), IgoUgo, Inc., WABC-TV, ABC, Inc., LIVE With Regis and Kelly ("Show"), Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company ("Administrator"), participating stations, stations airing Show, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and those involved in the production, development and handling of Sweepstakes, their respective agents, officers, prize suppliers, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes and cannot win prizes.
Drawings and Notification: Starting on or about January 25, 2006 (and on or about every other Wednesday thereafter through the final drawing on or about Thursday, February 16, 2006) an appropriate number of Entries, plus alternates, will be randomly selected in a drawing by the Administrator or a representative of the Show, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects, from all eligible Entries with correct Clues (as described herein). The final drawing will take place on or about February 16, 2006. Each weekday that the Sweepstakes is played beginning on January 30, 2006, through the last "live" or "taped" broadcast of Show airing on February 24, 2006 ("Question Dates"), a representative of the Show will call one (1) randomly selected entrant ("Selected Entrant") prior to the taping of Show (during Sweepstakes Hours). The representative of the Show, at Show's discretion, may call up to two (2) additional standby entrants ("Standby Entrants"), who may be allowed to participate on-air if the first Selected Entrant (or a subsequent Standby Entrant who participates on-air as a Selected Entrant) fails to answer that day's question about a previous Show's broadcast correctly ("Question"). If the Standby Entrant(s) is/are not spoken to on-air, such Standby Entrant(s) will not receive any prize and will be returned to the entry pool.
Selected Entrant will be called at the telephone numbers furnished by Selected Entrant on his/her entry and notified that he/she is the Selected Entrant (or a Standby Entrant, as the case may be). For the call, Show's representative will remind/confirm with the Selected Entrant the Chosen Destination that he/she designated on his/her entry and spin a prize wheel to determine the "Wheel Prize" (as described below) he/she would win (i.e. to determine the total number of travelers that would go on the prize trip) if he/she correctly answers that day's Question. Spin of wheel may take place before or after Selected Entrant answers the Question. The Wheel Prize wedges will consist of numbers representing the total number of travelers (including winner and his/her designated guests) that would make up the entire traveling party ( i.e. the Selected Entrant plus the number of guests the Selected Entrant would be eligible to invite if he/she should win the Travel Prize.) The number options shown on the wheel will be determined day-by-day by the Sponsor/Show in their sole discretion. Wedges may be changed and/or added on any given Question Date at Sponsor's/Show's sole discretion.
If the original call to a Selected Entrant results in five (5) unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the Show's representative will call again one (1) additional time. If the second call again results in five (5) unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the entry of that Selected Entrant will be returned to the pool of unselected Entries, as described below, and Show will attempt to contact a new Selected Entrant. If the call is answered before five (5) rings and Selected Entrant comes to the telephone within approximately twenty (20) seconds (and if Selected Entrant is available to attempt, during Show's broadcast (or taping) to answer that day's Question), then Selected Entrant will be given the opportunity to answer that day's Question. Selected Entrant will be given twenty (20) seconds from the time the Question is asked to respond with an answer. Selected Entrant will be given only one (1) attempt to answer the Question. If a call is placed to Selected Entrant and, after the call is answered, the call is disconnected or technical difficulties are experienced during the call, the Show will make one (1) attempt to call Selected Entrant back. If the Show is unable to reach Selected Entrant by telephone, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate Standby Entrant (in order of selection) will become the Selected Entrant and may be called until a qualified Selected Entrant is reached.
If Selected Entrant correctly answers the Question in the allotted time, he or she will be awarded the Travel Prize and a Wheel Prize. Selected Entrant's opportunity to answer Question may be broadcast during Show, at Show's sole discretion. Immediately after Selected Entrant answers his/her Question on the telephone, he/she will be notified of his/her potential winner status, subject to subsequent written verification. If first Selected Entrant does not correctly answer the Question, at Show's discretion up to two (2) additional Standby Entrants will be given the opportunity to participate on-air and receive a chance to correctly answer the day's Question to win a Travel Prize and the Wheel Prize determined by the first spin done and announced on that day's Show. The Show will speak on-air with a maximum of three (3) Selected Entrants on any one Question Date. If on any Question Date when Selected Entrants are asked a Question on-air no Selected Entrant correctly answers that day's Question, then a secondary wheel ("Secondary Wheel") will be spun. The wedges on the Secondary Wheel will be either designated with the names of the Selected Entrants or numbered either 1 through 3 (or 1 and 2, if only 2 Selected Entrants were spoken to on air) with the numbers representing the names of the Selected Entrants in the order in which they were spoken to on-air during the Show. The Selected Entrant corresponding to the name or number on which the Secondary Wheel lands will receive a Travel Prize and the Wheel Prize determined by the first spin done and announced on that day's Show. The remaining one (1) or two (2) Selected Entrants whose name(s) or number(s) are not chosen by the spin of the Secondary Wheel will not win any prize of any kind, but will be eligible for a chance to win a "Second Chance Prize" (described below). If, on a given Question Date, there is only one (1) Selected Entrant who answered a Question on-air incorrectly, he/she will be eligible for a chance to win a Second Chance Prize. In addition, all Standby Entrants who did not have the opportunity to answer a Question on-air during the Question dates and who have not otherwise won a Travel Prize will also be eligible for a chance to win a Second Chance Prize.
Selection of Additional Second Chance Participants: On or about February 24, 2006 Sponsor will determine the total number of Selected Entrants and Standby Entrants (all of whom are eligible for a chance to win a Second Chance Prize) and Sponsor will select an equivalent number of eligible Entrants randomly drawn from among all Mail and Internet Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. The randomly drawn Entrants will be included with the Selected Entrants and Standby Entrants (collectively "Second Chance Participants") all of whom will participate in a Second Chance Opportunity to be held on or about February 27, 2006. Second Chance Participants, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to answer a question or participate in a game or random process to win a Second Chance Prize. If the total number of Second Chance Participants is not at least twice as large as the total number of Second Chance Prizes being offered by Sponsor at its sole discretion, then additional Second Chance Participants will be drawn as needed until the total number of Second Chance Participants is equal to twice the number of Second Chance Prizes being offered.
IgoUgo Member Special Drawing: A random drawing from all eligible entrants of registered IgoUgo members (see below) will be held on or about March 3, 2006.
Prizes/Odds of Winning: Up to Twenty (20) Travel Prizes ("Travel Prize"): One (1) Travel Prize for each Question Date (as described in these Official Rules). The Travel Prize trip awarded is one (1) "Trip to Anywhere in the World" (i.e. a trip to the destination that was designated by the winner as his/her Chosen Destination on the winner's entry.) Trip consists of round-trip, coach airfare for Winner, six (6) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) (or standard accommodations and applicable room nights on a designated cruise ship), ground transportation between destination airport and hotel (or port), plus a "Travel Expense Cash Award" intended to cover limited expenses between $900 and $1,800 (up to a maximum of $1,800 Travel Cash Award for winner) and a "Second Cash Award" distributed to the winner intended to defray a portion of the potential state income tax and/or federal income tax liability associated with accepting the prize.
The Second Cash Award will be in the amount of thirty-nine percent (39%) of the Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Travel Prize and the Travel Expense Cash Award for each winner (and also will be paid to each guest traveler, see below) whose legal state of residence for state income tax purposes is any of the following nine (9) U.S. states: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (state) or Wyoming. The Second Cash Award will be in the amount of forty-five percent (45%) of the ARV of the Travel Prize and Travel Expense Cash Award for each winner (and also will be paid to each guest traveler, see below) whose legal state of residence for state income tax purposes is Washington D.C. or any U.S. state other than the nine (9) states listed above. The Second Cash Award will be in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the ARV of the Travel Prize and Travel Expense Cash Award for each winner (and also will be paid to each guest traveler, see below) whose legal residence for Canadian local and/or Canadian federal income tax purposes in any province of Canada (excluding Quebec).
Average ARV of Travel Prizes (winners only, guests not included) is $7,324 per winner. Total ARV of All 20 Travel Prizes (winners only, guests not included) is $146,480. ARV of Travel Prizes may vary depending upon Chosen Destination and trip details.
Unless otherwise indicated, all dollar amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Chosen Destination must be selected from among the list of the approximately one hundred (100) destinations defined on Website by IgoUgo, at its sole discretion, or option for winner to select another destination to which he/she may wish to travel at the sole discretion of IgoUgo, and must be near a major commercial airport served by one or more major national or international airlines, travel to which can be booked, in a practicable manner, by IgoUgo, and is subject to the sole discretion of Sponsor. In addition, both the country and region of the Chosen Destination must not be on a list of countries for which Travel Warnings have been issued by the U.S. State Department at any relevant time, and travel to such destination must comply with all state and federal travel requirements/restrictions.
Up to Twenty (20) Wheel Prizes ("Wheel Prize"): One (1) Wheel Prize for each Question Date (as described by Official Rules) consisting of round-trip coach airfare and hotel (or cruise ship) accommodations to accompany winner on his/her Trip, as described above, for the number of travel guests who are eligible to travel with Winner as determined by the spin of the Wheel, plus a Travel Expense Cash Award and a Second Cash Award (as described above). Wheel numbers, set at Sponsor's/Show's sole discretion, will be combinations of 4 (four), 5 (five), 6 (six), 8 (eight), 9 (nine), 10 (ten), and/or 12 (twelve) to arrive at the number of Live's Out of Control February Fantasy total travelers (i.e. Winner plus number of potential guests). For example, if the spin lands on the number 6 (six), the winner will be permitted to invite up to five guests, making for a party of six travelers total. Final determination of the number of travel guest(s) offered is to be determined by Sponsor/Show in their sole discretion. Specific Wheel numbers may appear multiple times on Wheel at Sponsor's/Show's sole discretion. The winner must designate potential travel guests in writing on a form supplied by Sponsor within the time specified by the Sponsor and such designee must within the time specified by the Sponsor agree in writing, among other things, to accept the prize and to personally accept the income tax responsibilities resulting from accepting the prize before the winner's designation is effective or binding. Specific Wheel Prizes offered on a given Question Date are as designated by Sponsor/Show, in their sole discretion, and announced on that particular day's Show.
Average ARV of Wheel Prize is $7,324 per designated travel guest. Total ARV of all Wheel Prizes (Up to a maximum of 204 Travel Guests; ARV is for guests only, winners not included) is $1,494,096. ARV of Wheel Prizes may vary depending upon Chosen Destination and trip details.

Travel terms/restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and travel prizes may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, including, without limitation blackout dates, which will be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or trip travel documents, all subject to Sponsor's/Show's and/or prize supplier's sole discretion. Each Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification of winning. Trips are subject to air/ground travel availability, hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates and all other travel restrictions, as applicable.
