How to Enter: Live's "Red Carpet, Raceway Getaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on May 2, 2006 and ends on May 19, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Eastern Daylight Time ("ET") shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes consists of five (5) overlapping Entry Periods and five (5) prize drawings (see Chart below.) You can enter the Sweepstakes via U.S. or Canadian postal mail legibly hand-print your first and last name, complete home address (including zip code/postal code; no P.O. boxes), and daytime telephone number (including area code) (no cell phone number) where you can be reached weekdays between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) during the period May 15, 2006 through May 19, 2006, inclusive ("Sweepstakes Hours") on a postcard (no larger than 6" x 8") and mail, with proper postage affixed to: Live's "Red Carpet, Raceway Getaway", Ansonia Station, P.O. Box 234030, New York, NY 10023-9492 ("Entry"). You may enter by mail as often as you like but each entry must be mailed separately. Entries may be postmarked beginning May 2, 2006. Various Entry deadlines apply for the five (5) prize drawings (see Chart below) but all Entries must be received no later than May 17, 2006 at 12:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) to be eligible for the final two Sweepstakes drawing. Although the Sweepstakes begins on May 2, 2006, which is the first day to submit Entries, the first day that selected potential winners may be announced by a representative of "LIVE With Regis and Kelly" ("Show") will be on or about May 15, 2006. At the election of Show at its sole discretion, Sweepstakes may not be promoted and/or played every weekday, or may be suspended for a number of days during the Sweepstakes Period due to production exigencies and/or other promotions (e.g. to conduct other home viewer promotions). All required entry information must be completed in order for Entries to be eligible. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entries will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.
Eligibility: Open only to persons 18 years of age as of May 2, 2006, or age of legal majority in state of residence if older, who are legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) or residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and legally reside therein. Employees and agents of Buena Vista Television ("Sponsor"), Eastman Kodak Company, Inc., Buena Vista Pictures Distribution, The Walt Disney Company, Pixar, WABC-TV, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., LIVE With Regis and Kelly, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company ("Administrator"), participating stations, stations airing Show, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and those involved in the production, development and handling of Sweepstakes, their respective agents, officers, prize suppliers, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes and cannot win prizes.
Drawings and Notification: Each weekday that the Sweepstakes is played beginning on May 15, 2006, through the last "live" or "taped" broadcast of Show airing on May 19, 2006 ("Announcement Dates"), a representative of the Show, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects, will randomly select from all eligible Entries (as described herein) and announce the name of one (1) potential winner (subject to verification of eligibility, as described below) during to the taping of Show (during Sweepstakes Hours). See Chart above. Final drawing will be held on May 18, 2006. Non-winning Entries will be carried over to subsequent drawings.
Prizes/Odds of Winning: Five (5) Travel Prizes ("Travel Prize"): One (1) Travel Prize for each Announcement Date (as described in these Official Rules). Each Travel Prize trip awarded is one (1) "Trip to LIVE with Regis and Kelly remote taping, to the Premiere of the film 'DISNEY/PIXAR's CARS', and to the Coca Cola 600 Nascar event - all in Charlotte, North Carolina, plus a Kodak camera ("Trip") Each Travel Prize consists of round-trip, coach airfare for Winner and five (5) guests, four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (up to two rooms/triple occupancy); six (6) tickets (one each for winner and each guest) to the taping of "LIVE With Regis and Kelly" on location in Charlotte, NC on May 26, 2006; six (6) tickets (one each for winner and each guest) to the premiere of the film "DISNEY/PIXAR's CARS" in Charlotte, NC on May 26, 2006; six (6) tickets (one each for winner and each guest) to the Coca Cola 600 Nascar event at the Nascar/Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC on May 28, 2006., and one (1) Kodak EasyShare V610 dual lens digital camera and docking station (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Travel Prize: $5,330 U.S. Dollars. The final value of travel prizes may be considerably higher or lower depending upon the point of departure, destination, fare fluctuation, and number of travelers. The ARVs of travel prizes are furnished by the travel prize suppliers. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. The round trip coach air transportation element of the prize begins and ends at a major commercial airport near winner's residence. Winners and guest(s) must be able to travel between May 25, 2006 and May 29, 2006 or prize will be forfeited. No extension or change of trip dates permitted once trip dates have been confirmed by Sponsor. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which will be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or trip prize travel documents. Trip is subject to air/ground travel availability, hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates and all other prize and travel restrictions, as applicable. Winner and guests must travel together. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the winner or a travel guest. If winner and/or guest(s) are residents of Canada, he/she are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including passports and visas. All other expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are winner's sole responsibility including, but not limited to, taxes, air transfers, government fees, unspecified ground transportation, meals, gratuities, hotel incidentals, and telephone calls. If a winner elects to travel with fewer than designated number of guests, no additional compensations will be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $26,650 U.S. Dollars. Odds of winning a Prize depend on number of all eligible Entries received. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Limit one (1) Travel Prize per person/family/household for entire Sweepstakes Period. No transfer of any prize permitted. No substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of comparable value. Prize notifications will be shipped to U.S. or Canadian addresses (excluding Quebec) only. All monetary values expressed herein are U.S. Dollars. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Other than as expressly stated in prize descriptions in these Rules, all federal, state, provincial, and/or other taxes including, without limitation, income taxes, are sole responsibility of Winners. Winners will receive a 1099 form or equivalent Canadian form from the Sponsor for the total ARV, as stated herein, of his/her prize that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.

Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned, along with a legible copy of Winner's valid driver's license or government issued form of identification, using the provided pre-paid FedEx envelope, within one (1) business day or such winner will be disqualified. Each travel guest (his/her parent/legal guardian if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation Sponsor may require, that must be returned, along with a legible copy of his/her valid driver's license or government issued form of identification, within one (1) business day with winner's Affidavit/Release. Each potential Travel Prize winner and his/her travel guest(s) will be required to fax his/her Affidavit/Release, along with a legible copy of his/her valid driver's license or government issued form of identification, within the one (1) business day deadline. A faxed Affidavit/Release and Travel Guest Release will have the same force as the original. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, potential winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached after three (3) phone call attempts within one (1) day, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, potential winner, as appropriate, will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Show or its affiliates will be subject to Show's Privacy Policies and terms of service posted at http://www.liveregisandkelly.com ("Web Site"). Except where prohibited by law or Show's Privacy Policies, Entry and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, statements, voice and address (city and state) for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide on and in connection with Show and in all forms of media (including but not limited to posting on the Web Site), now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe without further compensation in connection with Show, the Sweepstakes or the prize(s) awarded. Sponsor has the right to modify, use, assign and/or dispose of Entries however they sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to Entrant or any third parties. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant's parent/legal guardian. General Conditions and Disclaimers: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local and provincial laws, and to these Official Rules (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Official Rules will be posted at the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agencies, officers, directors and employees shall not be responsible or liable for losses/injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, the use/misuse and/or possession/acceptance of any prize, cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of a prize for a Winner and his/her guests due to reasons beyond Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities control, participation in this Sweepstakes. Canadian Entrants agree and acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with disputes over answers to mathematical skill test questions. Winners and prize travel guests shall release Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability/responsibility with respect to all prizes and/or Sweepstakes (including any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death). Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for Entries that are entered by other than human means or by other mechanical means, or for Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, illegible, mutilated, forged, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, postage due, misdirected, incomplete, destroyed, lost, photocopied Entries or Entries otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellation, pre-emption, non-broadcast or out-of-normal-timeslot broadcast, in whole or in part, of any Show containing a Sweepstakes element and Sponsor may choose, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, due to such occurrences. By participating, entrants agree that the Show shall not be responsible for any unintentional production errors that occur during the promotion of Sweepstakes and/or announcement of Sweepstakes potential winners and that the Show may address such errors in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if, in a given U.S. or Canadian market, Show is broadcast on a delayed basis (e.g. if Show does not air on the uniform date across the country intended by Show), or if Show is canceled, delayed or interrupted, in whole or in part, for any reason. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Show and will not be returned.
