Halloween fanatics dressed in their best and most clever costumes to attend the taping of "Live with Regis and Kelly" on October 31, 2005. Each year the popular morning talk show's producers transform the set and the hosts for their Halloween special. This year's theme was "Live's All-Star Halloween Special" and Regis and Kelly dressed in four elaborate get-ups as some of Hollywood's most popular and current stars: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Kelly Monaco and John O'Hurley, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Bo Bice and Clay Aiken.

Part of the annual Halloween spectacular is a costume contest for which Regis and Kelly invited their in-studio audience to get in on the spooky fun. Ten finalists were selected and the top three winners were announced at the end of the show. The 1st place winner was Chip Byrnside, 35, from Loveland, Ohio.
