Once the Entrant obtains all 5 Clues (one per day during Air Dates), you can enter the Sweepstakes via mail or via the Internet starting on 11/5/04 at 10:00:00 A.M. ET. Entries of any kind submitted prior to 11/5/04 will be void. Box 230767, New York, NY 10023-0013 ("Mail Entry"). You may enter by mail as often as you like but each Entry must be mailed separately. All Mail Entries must be postmarked by 11/8/04 & received by 11/11/04 at 11:00 A.M. ET. To enter via the Internet (if the Show airs in entrant's area): During the period from 10:00 A.M. ET on 11/5 to 11:59:59 P.M. PT on 11/7/04 access http://www.thetonydanzashow.com ("Web Site") and click on the "Tony's Trip to Tuscany" button which will take to the Sweepstakes mini-site. On the mini-site click on the button marked "Enter Now" and you will then be offered the opportunity to register with the website (if you are not already registered), and to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants who are already registered must login using their member name & password & click submit. If you are not a registered entrant, become a free registered entrant by completing (& thereafter transmitting) the registration form. Information requested on the registration form consists of your first name, last name, email address, Gender, Birthdate, Street Address (optional) & City (optional), State, Zip Code and your choice of Log-in Name and Password. Once registered, entrants will be required to verify their registration information and to type in all five Clues and to provide their complete home address (including zip code, no P.O. Boxes) and the telephone number (including area code) where they can be reached on 11/12/04 between the hours of 12:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. ET, ("Preliminary Call Date") and during the period 11/15/04 -11/19/04 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. ET. ("Internet Entry"). Participants can only register & participate in the Sweepstakes under one member Name &/or one email address. That member name &/or email address cannot be used by any other person to participate in this Sweepstakes. On the page that appears, you will first log in or register with the Web Site (as described above). Then, you will be prompted to again enter your zip code. If the zip code entered is a zip code where The Tony Danza Show does air, you will be linked to the local listings page to see what time and channel Tony airs in your city. If the zip code entered is in an area that the Show does not air (and you have accessed the Web Site prior to 11/1/04) you will be instructed to return to the Web Site on each of the Air Dates (11/1/04 - 11/05/04) between the hours of 12:00:01 AM PT and 11:59:59 PM PT to obtain each Clue without watching the Show. For each day that you access the Web Site between 11/1/04 and 11/5/04 between the hours of 12:00:01 A.M. PT and 11:59:59 P.M. PT on each respective day, upon logging-in/registering you will be given the Clue for each respective day's Air Date only. Each day's clue will be available until 11:59:59 P.M. PT on the Air Date that it was given on the Show. After obtaining all 5 Clues, you will need to register/log-in with the Web Site During the period from 10:00 A.M. ET on 11/5 to 11:59:59 P.M. PT on 11/7/04 and follow the instructions (as described above) in order to enter. Limit 1 Internet Entry per person per day. Internet Entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. PT on 11/7/04. All required entry information must be completed in order for Mail or Internet Entries (collectively "Entries") to be eligible. Multiple Internet Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Potential Grand Prize ("GP") winners (five) and alternate potential winners (five) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor in a drawing held on or about 11/12/04 and will be notified by phone on or about 11/12/04 ("Preliminary Call Date") between the hours of 12:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. ET. At that time, each Potential GP winner will be given an exact "Assigned Call Date" chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion, during the period 11/15/04 -11/19/04. The potential GP winner must be available and able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Show on that Assigned Call Date, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. - 11:00A.M. ET, which phone call will include an on-air announcement declaring him/her to be a GP winner, subject to final verification. One GP winner per day will be announced on air Monday-Friday during the week of 11/15/04-11/19/04. Alternate potential winners will be instructed to make themselves available to possibly receive a call from a Show representative, if needed, during the week of 11/15/04 -11/19/04 between 9:00 A.M.- 11:00A.M. ET. If, on the Preliminary Call Date (11/12/04) between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, a potential GP winner or alternate potential winner cannot be reached after 2 phone call attempts, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential GP winner or alternate will be disqualified & an alternate potential GP winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each potential GP winner (or alternate, as the cased may be) must be available and able to receive a call from a Show representative between 9:00 A.M. - 11:00A.M. E.T. on his/her exact Assigned Call Date in order to be declared a Grand Prize winner, subject to verification. If the original call on the Assigned Call Date to a potential GP winner (or alternate potential winner) results in five unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the Show's representative will call again one (1) additional time. If the second call again results in five unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the entry of that Grand Prize potential winner (or alternate potential winner, as the case may be) will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner(s) will then be contacted as needed until a GP winner is declared by the Show, subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct a second random drawing on a second Preliminary Call Date on 11/16/04 in order to select up to five (5) additional alternate potential winners, who will be contacted on that day between the hours of 12:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. E.T. and will be subject to the same procedures and requirements as described above with respect to the first Preliminary Call Date. 5 Grand Prizes - A trip to be shared by winner & 1 guest to Tuscany, Italy consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for winner & 1 guest to a major airport near Tuscany, Italy from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) near winner's residence in the U.S; standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for 8 days/7 nights; ground transportation from airport to hotel & from hotel to airport, transfers to and from cooking school & cooking lessons for winner & guest at the Culinary Institute of Tuscany ("Trip") (ARV of GP $6,000 each). Up to Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes (alternate potential winners): 1 Tony Danza Swag Bag (ARV: $50 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $30,500. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received. In order to participate in the Culinary Institute of Tuscany cooking school portion of the prize, Trip will need to be taken between March 12, 2005 and March 19, 2005, or on such other dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a winner cannot take the Trip during the specified timeframe, winner will forfeit all portions of the Culinary Institute of Tuscany cooking school portion of the prize and the remaining portions of the prize will serve as full satisfaction of the prize. If GP winner is unable to accept the Culinary Institute of Tuscany cooking school portion of the prize, the GP winner will then have up to 1 year from date of notification of winning to take the trip without the CIT portion of prize. Trip subject to air travel/hotel availability/holiday/black-out dates, & all other prize & travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If travel guest is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, & such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the GP winner. GP winner & guest must take air travel on same travel itinerary. GP winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including, but not limited to unspecified ground transportation/meals/gratuities/phone calls, room service and/or mini-bar charges. GP winner & guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary & required travel documents (passport, etc.). If GP winner elects to travel/partake in cooking lesson without a guest, no additional compensations will be awarded. Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive & may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, to be stated in the Trip prize travel documents. Limit 1 prize per person/family/household. No substitution or transfer of a prize except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value for any reason. Prize notifications will be mailed to home addresses in the U.S. only. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, &/or other taxes are sole responsibility of winner and each GP winner will receive an IRS 1099 Form at year's end issued by the Sponsor for the ARV (as stated herein) of his/her prize. Each GP winner will be required to execute (& have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, & any other documentation Sponsor may require (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), which, among other functions, releases Sweepstakes Entities from any & all liability. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Thus, except where prohibited by law & Sponsor's Privacy Policy: (1) entry &/or winner's acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name, address (city & state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement & voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide & in all forms of media (including posting on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the prize awarded & (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign &/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit & for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties.
